Compensation: $100,000 commission + bonuses Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Buyers\xe2\x80\x99 Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home\xe2\x80\x99s key selling points and asking price
- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Team player who believes their success is the team\xe2\x80\x99s success
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Possesses a real estate license
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
