While your main experience may not be in residential wiring, you have a strong desire to master it and are ready to lead a team.This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise and lead a small team. You will use your problem-solving skills to mentor and guide apprentices, ensuring top-notch work on every project. We will provide you with the training and support to become a specialist in residential electrical systems.
What You'll Do
80-90% residential
electrical work in homes, townhouses & apartments.Troubleshoot
and fix electrical issues for homeowners.Install & maintain
wiring, devices, panels. Keep worksafe, clean & code-compliant
.Lead
and mentora team of apprentices
on residential projects.Communicate clearly and effectively
with clients and the team.What We're Looking For
Journeyman ticket
(Red Seal). Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship skills.Strong problem-solving
skills.Great with customers
& clear communication.Clean driving record
