Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the sale of insurance products. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a passion for helping others secure their financial future. The Insurance Representative will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and any inquiries they may have regarding their insurance coverage. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details for effective sales administration. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Property & Casualty license as well as Life License preferred (must be able to obtain) Previous experience in insurance sales, retail or outside sales is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed recommendations to clients. Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
