Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Adhere to compliance regulations and company policies in all transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge for effective selling.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
Prepare and present insurance proposals to potential clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
RIBO or OTL licensed
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis for tailored insurance solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Knowledge of compliance regulations and adherence to company policies.
Experience with CRM tools for managing sales activities effectively.
Strong organizational skills for effective pipeline management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being accountable for personal success.
Experience in preparing and presenting insurance proposals to clients.
