Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a client base through effective networking and marketing strategies. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize strong communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner. Engage in outside sales activities, including telemarketing and retail sales efforts, to generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals through effective sales administration practices. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information. Collaborate with underwriters and other professionals to facilitate the application process for clients.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. Background in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus. Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive business growth is advantageous. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
