We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing the licensing process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in sales or customer service, with a focus on building relationships and negotiating effectively.
Opportunity:
Park Georgia Insurance Agencies (PGI) has a few full-time CSR openings across their 6 locations: North Vancouver, Vancouver West, Burnaby, and 3 locations in Richmond. Although PGI normally only considers applicants with a minimum Level 1 license,
we are now also considering applications from those with little or no insurance experience
, but keen to join this stable and rewarding insurance industry. Preference will also be given to those with additional language skills, like Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Our offices foster flexible working environments with great teams already in place, however as we continue to grow we are looking for more insurance professionals to grow with us and develop long lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls, assist with general inquiries
Process ICBC transaction & batching
Process personal line renewal and invoicing
Administration and clerical duties

Desired Skills:
Level 1 General Insurance License
> 6 Months insurance experience
History of excellence with providing customer service to potential and existing clients
Sales experience
Flexibility in working hours
Previous exposure to Personal Lines Insurance an asset
Medium proficiency/experience in working with Microsoft Windows PC's
Experience working on TAM
Strong English skills, both verbal and written
Multi-lingual skills an asset
