Responsibilities

Develop New business Provide personalized insurance consultations to clients, explaining policy options and coverage details Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach Negotiate terms with clients to close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support

Experience

Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable Proven ability in negotiation and customer service roles within a sales environment Familiarity with marketing principles and sales administration processes is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales goals
