Follows authorized scripts, processes and procedures used in the course of conducting business activities.
Manages complex cases & high end sales.

Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions.
Applies for and/or maintains life insurance and accident & sickness insurance licenses; satisfies Continuing Education and Errors and Omissions Insurance requirements, as directed.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Provide answers to technical questions regarding life insurance necessary for the licensed agents to perform their duties.
Ensures the timely development of program scripting, objection handling and training.
Ensures all legal and compliance issues related to sales are met.
Identifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences.
Supports the achievement of the business plan.
Supports the delivery of the desired client experience to enhance business opportunities.
Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth.
Adheres to all legal and compliance requirements in the course of conducting business activities.
Completes necessary administrative functions, as assigned (sales reports, follow up on pending business, etc.).
