As a licensed hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in promoting our services and enhancing client satisfaction.

Duties

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and offering professional advice on styles and products. Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional services or products that enhance the client's experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively interacting with clients in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse clientele. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or responding to client inquiries. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and responsiveness to client needs. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
