What You'll Do

?

Develop & Expand Business

- Identify and close new personal insurance opportunities nationwide.

?

Build Key Relationships

- Become the trusted advisor for individuals and families seeking tailored coverage.

?

Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions

- Provide home, auto, tenants, condo, and specialty coverage packages.

?

Retain and Grow Accounts

- Proactively manage renewals, cross-sell, and upsell existing clients.

?

Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG

- Manage pipelines, track submissions, and streamline client servicing.

?

Collaborate with Underwriters

- Negotiate competitive terms and coverage options.

?

Drive Revenue Growth

- Consistently exceed sales and retention targets.

What You Bring to the Table

?

Active RIBO License

(in good standing) - Required

?

3+ Years Personal Lines Insurance Experience

- Home, auto, and specialty lines expertise preferred

? Proven success in

growing and retaining a personal lines book of business

? Strong

relationship management, customer service, and presentation skills

? CRM proficiency (

HubSpot preferred

);

Vertafore SIG

experience is a plus

? Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote environment
