Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with hands-on experience in a dealership environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Duties

Diagnose and repair automotive systems using advanced troubleshooting techniques. Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Assemble components and systems according to specifications and schematics. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become serious problems. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair status. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership setting is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair is essential. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Proven ability to work with various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience reading and interpreting schematics for assembly and repairs is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships and satisfaction. Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various repair tasks.
