Summary

We are seeking a talented Licensed Architect to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our restaurant outlets and enhancing our real estate projects, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

Design innovative building solutions that align with our brand's vision.

Understanding of CAD/BIM and implications on project management Collaborated with engineers, consultants and construction teams to integrate various design elements into a unified plan. Excellent design communication skills - written and verbal Develop conceptual designs, schematic designs, and detailed construction plans, ensuring they meet building regulations. Technical ability to specify and select products Ability to produce coherent and well resolved architectural designs Prepares detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other construction documents using software like AutoCAD and Revit. Sound knowledge of building technologies, regulations and planning applications Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks and health & safety requirements. Conducts site visits, inspects construction progress, and works with contractors to ensure the project aligns with the design specifications and quality standards. Regulatory Compliance - ensures all designs and construction activities comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software. Strong project management skills with experience in construction processes. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong negotiation skills for contractor agreements. Experience in budgeting for architectural projects is preferred. Knowledge of business development principles is a plus. Revit proficient applicants preferred, with 5+ years of experience as a qualified Architect (OAA or equivalent).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
