Responsibilities:
Showings Open Houses Converting leads from an established and high-traffic team Lead followup Listing and Offer prep Strata doc summary Buyer tours CMA groundwork Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale or Purchase Marketing preparationQualifications:
Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed workValid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you Your schedule is flexible, and you will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessaryAbout Company
