Friday 7:40am - 1:15pm

Responsibilities:

Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour, & educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols (IPAC) for each patient (instrument sterilization, maintain logs Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

2+ yrs experience as a Dental Assistant preferred CPR Certification (required) HARP certification (required) NDAEB Certification: Successful completion of the National Dental Assisting Examining Board is an asset (NDAEB) Previous dental assisting experience is preferred Education: Graduated from applicable Dental Assisting Program (Level ll)
