Your Role
As a Certified Level II Dental Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice's success. Responsibilities include:
Assisting chairside
Responsible for sterile bay, sterilization and maintenance of instruments, documents and reports - demonstrate knowledge of infection control
Assist in preparing/setting up and disinfecting of operatories
Taking intra oral scans
Taking X-Rays
Provide friendly and exceptional service to our patients
Perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
Qualifications
Successfully completed a Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant Certification
MUST have your NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status
HARP certification.
Able/Willing to travel 1 day per week to satellite office.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
