Job Description
We are looking for a passionate
Level 3 Early Childhood Educator
to support the Director in managing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children.Responsibilities:
Assist with daily centre operations and staff supervision Ensure licensing compliance and safety standards Communicate effectively with families and staff Support curriculum planning and classroom coverage when needed
Be available to work in ratio as required to maintain staffing levels
Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare Certification (Child Development Supervisor) Experience in a licensed childcare setting Strong leadership and organizational skills First Aid & CPR certification, clear police check with vulnerable sector
