We are seeking a skilled network technician to join our team, many of whom have been a team member for decades. Daily responsibilities will include technical support (at least a Level 1 category but up to Level 2), ticket monitoring and either first response or assignment to another technician. Travel within Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, and the GTA will be required.
Responsibilities
-Monitor, triage, and dispatch incoming service requests via our ticketing system, phone calls or email.
-Provide at least Level 1 remote technical support.
-Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support.
-Technology installations be it hardware or software.
-Perform regular maintenance of client systems.
-Make recommendations to our clients.
