Monument Lettering Team Member Nelson Monuments Ltd. As one of the largest and most well-known monument companies in Atlantic Canada is growing and looking for an energetic team member to join our team! If you are a team player, have good hand-eye coordination and have attention to detail, please read on. Job Summary: Responsible for preparing monuments for engraving. Essential Functions:
- Adhere to operational standards for quality and workplace safety
- Apply prepared stencil design to monument to be engraved
- Pick designed stencil to prep for engraving
- Apply patching stencil needed for sandblasting preparation
- Verify designs for quality assurance purposes
- Produce consistently excellent visual work
- Maintain an organized workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Work overtime when required
- Good manual dexterity \xe2\x80\x93 performing tasks with hands
- Good reading skills
- High attention to detail
- A team player
- Flexible and able to work overtime when needed
- Good organizational skills
- The ability to follow instructions (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining focus and staying on task
