We are looking for a Legal Talent Coordinator to join our incredible and dynamic Legal Talent team based in Toronto.
As Legal Talent Coordinator, you will help to manage all aspects of the Associate and Law Clerk programs of our Toronto and Ottawa offices, including recruitment, onboarding and orientation, performance management and compensation, training and development, secondments, off-boarding, event, gifts and program planning and execution, mentorship and other engagement initiatives. There will also be opportunities to support national processes and projects (including performance management and compensation), liaising with the broader Legal Talent team nationally and other internal groups as necessary, as well as matters relating to local student recruitment and programs during peak periods. The Legal Talent Coordinator role also encompasses a broad range of other responsibilities, from supporting budget processes and tracking, expense coordination, data entry to reporting and project work.
The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of project management and organizational/execution skills, discretion, and independent judgment, while being committed to contributing to a culture of excellence with a spirit of positivity, creativity, teamwork and "going above and beyond" attitude.
