The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
Manage incoming/directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in accordance with confidentiality protocols.
Filing and organizing legal documents, ensuring easy access for and staff.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
Maintain the front desk area in a professional manner, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Handle customer support inquiries effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
