With strong IP and know-how, our company provides unique solutions for a wide range of applications. We are currently looking for a legal counsel to join our dynamic and growing team! Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and records
- Design and oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and position on legal matters
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Provide general corporate legal support
- Negotiating, drafting, modifying of a variety of agreements, including NDAs\xe2\x80\xa6
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law
- Experience in drafting/negotiating agreements
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French (strong emphasis on English)
- Organiser et maintenir la documentation et les dossiers juridiques
- Concevoir et superviser la politique et la position de l\'entreprise sur les questions juridiques
- Prot\xc3\xa9ger l\'entreprise contre les risques et les violations juridiques
- Examiner les questions juridiques li\xc3\xa9es aux nouveaux produits et services
- Guider la direction sur les questions de r\xc3\xa9glementation et de conformit\xc3\xa9 afin de garantir le respect des r\xc3\xa9glementations juridiques
- Fournir un soutien juridique g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral \xc3\xa0 l\'entreprise
- N\xc3\xa9gocier, r\xc3\xa9diger, modifier une vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 d\'accords, y compris les NDA...
- \xc3\x89valuer de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux avec des vendeurs et des sous-traitants.
- Licence en droit
- 3-5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en droit des entreprises
- Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la r\xc3\xa9daction/n\xc3\xa9gociation d\'accords
- Excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes, d\'analyse et d\'organisation
- Excellente communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais (accent mis sur l\'anglais).
