You Have:
1-3 years of post-call experience
Experience in commercial and regulatory law (an asset)
Provided legal advice and authored memoranda on diverse legal issues
Managed external legal counsel and coordinated legal input across departments
Conducted legal research and interpreted legislation relevant to healthcare and the medical profession
Drafted and negotiated complex commercial agreements, including sponsorships and technology vendor contracts
Advised on corporate and legal risk mitigation strategies
And this is totally you:
Fully bilingual in English and French
Leveraging your LL.B. or J.D
A member with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO)
