Chapter Law Professional Corporation is seeking a seasoned
Legal Collection Specialist
with5+ years of experience
in third-party collections. This role involves direct communication with debtors, trustees, and legal professionals to resolve outstanding accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally. Contact debtors to negotiate repayment of outstanding accounts. Regularly review and update account statuses. Negotiate settlements within established parameters. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Handle sensitive information securely. Conduct skip tracing when necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory:
Experience with purchased/third-party account collections. Minimum5 years
of relevant experience. Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette. Proven track record of meeting performance targets. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills. College diploma or university degree (Legal or Paralegal studies preferred). Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
