Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support within a legal environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties



Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls & take phone messages. Scheduling appointments. Opening & closing files. Assist in legal drafting and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Administrative duties relating mainly to corporate, real estate, and wills/estates law.

Requirements



Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Valid driver's license High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
