Overview:



We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyer in various tasks and provide administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:



- Office administration
- Assist in preparing transactional documents
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Perform admin/clerical duties, including intake, data entry, proofreading, communicating with clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proper phone etiquette
- Draft correspondence and/or other legal documents as needed

Requirements:


- Minimum

1 year experience

in office assistant role at a real estate or law-related work environment

Strong sense of responsibility



- Language:

English and Mandarin

(Cantonese is a plus)

- Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in handling MS Office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to drive.
