The requirements for the successful applicant include:

  • Drafting correspondence, memoranda and other legal forms & documents;
  • Communicating in a professional manner with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, court staff, and staff of other law firms;
  • Maintaining calendars;
  • Briefing and Filing;
  • Scheduling appearances and hearings;
  • Meeting strict deadlines and prioritizing workflow;
  • Proficiency with Word, PC Law, dictation/typing;
  • Positive attitude with the willingness and initiative to support the team as well as work independently;
  • Other Various Administrative/General Law Firm Tasks;
Job Type: Full-time
