We are a small, dedicated personal injury law firm committed to doing meaningful work for our clients. Our team is experienced, supportive, and takes pride in the care and quality we bring to every file. We are looking for a Legal Assistant/ Law Clerk to join our team and work closely under the guidance of our lawyer and senior professionals.

Position Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in personal injury litigation. You will be working directly with clients and assisting with a variety of clerical and legal support tasks. You'll be involved in important file work and will play a key role in keeping matters organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, serving, and filing legal documents Requesting and following up on undertakings and productions Managing and organizing physical and digital client files Supporting and assisting with preparation for mediations, discoveries, hearings and motions Completing OCF forms and filing documents with the LAT Performing other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience at a personal injury/insurance law firm Highly organized and detail-oriented Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently and on a team Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
