- Conveyancing Team

Schnell Hardy Jones LLP is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Conveyancer to join our Real Estate Department.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated professional who has:

Completed the Legal Assistant Diploma Program. 5 years of Conveyancing experience Facilitate residential property transactions, including Purchases, Sales and Refinancing. Prepare and draft conveyancing documents accurately. Communicate with clients to gather all necessary and required information. Address any client queries. File and submit legal documentation with all relevant authorities in a timely manner. Communicate with other professionals; including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and local authorities to facilitate smooth transactions. Exceptional administrative, organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, impeccable proofreading and grammar skills, maintain organized and accurate electronic documentation. A proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced conveyancing environment, analyze complex information and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer and typing skills. Provide guidance to junior conveyancer's.
