Pay rate: $27-$30/hour, based on experience
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 AM- 4 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle new file opening procedures.
Prepare all documentation related to transactions using BC Online.
Work with MyLTSA.
Prepare purchase, sale, and refinance documents.
Review contracts, financing documents, leases, and land title documents.
Conduct due diligence searches.
Manage various commercial real estate transactions.
File documents electronically with the Land Title Office.
Maintain client contact to ensure swift turnaround.
Organize and manage a high volume of filing, both electronically and in print.
Perform audits and conflict searches.
Process expense requisitions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant real estate experience.
Graduate of a recognized legal administrative program.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent proofreading abilities (capable of checking typed material for grammatical, typographical, spelling, word usage, and format errors).
Exceptional multitasking skills and proactive initiative.
Positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle and prioritize workload independently, meeting strict deadlines.
Professional communication skills when interacting with lawyers and team members.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
