Job Description

We require an administrative assistant in our solicitor department. This is an entry-level, part-time, permanent position, with an opportunity to grow into other roles at the firm. Salary and benefits are competitive for the work required.

Legal Assistant

your job duties will be as follows:

Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary Draft documents and letters using proper templates Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence Correspond with counsel, court and clients Assist with accounting and billing Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow You will follow the Firm's policies as they exist and are amended from time to time Perform all other duties assigned by a Supervising Lawyer or Office Administrator.
