We are currently seeking a reliable and professional full-time Legal Assistant to join our legal team in Peace River. This position is available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing legal documents and managing client communications
Answering phone calls related to real estate matters
Scheduling appointments and processing incoming/outgoing mail
Opening and closing client files
Copying, scanning, and organizing documents
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
Running errands and performing various administrative tasks as needed
Providing reception coverage as part of cross-training
Qualifications:
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Physical capability to handle tasks that may involve lifting heavy items
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
