General administrative and clerical duties, from answering phones to filing and making copies Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and completing documents Coordinate meetings and conferences Managing, organizing, and collating legal documents Conducting legal searches Assisting with billing and accounting services Establishing, implementing, and improving existing workflows and administrative procedures Type up and file legal documents and correspondence Set up office systems

Pay: $35,122.66-$64,035.90 per year
