We're currently seeking a

Legal Assistant

to join our growing team. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for legal administration, we'd love to connect.

The Legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and procedural support to litigation counsel. This role is responsible for managing case files, scheduling, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients and courts, and assisting with billing and document management systems. The Legal Assistant plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



File Management Document Preparation & Service Scheduling & Coordination Court & Portal Filing Client, Court & Counsel Communication Billing & Financial Administration

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court filing procedures. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems. Experience with electronic portals including CaseLines, JSO, and insurance platforms, such as Claimsbridge and T360 an asset Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and client service skills. Familiarity with legal billing, docketing, and document formatting tools.
