What We Are Looking For:
This position will independently manage and organize the daily operations of a number of busy Financial Services practices. This role is for someone who has the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and multitask. The right candidate should also have a administrative background with a keen interest in financial services.
Responsibilities:

  • Edit and organize all necessary transactional documentation
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients
  • Create signature packages for closings
  • Compile Record Books
  • Produce the highest quality of work
  • Handle daily administrative details
  • Manage duties related to accounting
  • Accountable for all work assigned
  • Calendar management
  • Takes initiative
  • Confidential
Requirements:
  • Two years previous experience as a legal assistant
  • Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk progra
  • Handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands
Skills:
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
  • Experience with creating, numbering, styling and rebuilding documents
  • Familiarity using DocuSign and closing folders
  • Good judgement and decision making
  • Organized
