Position: Full-Time Legal Assistant / Real Estate Conveyancer

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will be tailored to your experience and skill set but may include:
Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documentation and correspondence
Independently handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
Assisting with corporate/commercial and lending files
Communicating with clients, lenders, realtors, and other legal professionals
Managing files and correspondence using CosmoLex and LawyerDoneDeal
Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Assisting with the development of internal best practices and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, lending, or corporate/commercial law at a reputable law firm
Strong understanding of real estate conveyancing and file management
Corporate/commercial law experience is considered an asset
Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)
Proficiency with CosmoLex and LawyerDoneDeal preferred
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
2-3 professional references required
Additional Information:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability to handle files independently
While we respect and welcome NCA and fresher candidates, this position requires prior practical experience in a law office setting
