What will you do?

Investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling property claims on behalf of Reliance Preparation of standard documentation and letters Assist in completion of court documentation Respond to customers who have submitted property damage claims in a timely manner Communicate with customers and assist in mitigating claims by gathering the appropriate evidence and proper documentation of the claims file Keep claim documents organized

What do you bring?

Over 1 year of experience in property and litigation claims Familiar with insurance and small claims court documentation Strong knowledge of legal processes for property damage cases Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, including basic pivot tables) Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and file note upkeep Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Organized, analytical, and effective in both individual and team settings Committed to high-level customer service and problem-solving Willing to travel within Central Ontario 2-3 times/month Possesses valid driver's license, clean abstract, and access to personal vehicle
