Winright Law is seeking a full-time

Legal Administrative Assistant

to join our dynamic team! The main responsibility of this role is

managing the front desk and reception

, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their legal career, whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn. In addition to reception duties, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a law firm and build valuable legal experience.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk & Reception:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering and directing calls, greeting guests, and maintaining an organized and professional reception area.

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents:

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents to support lawyers and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general office duties, including scheduling, filing, managing workflows, and supporting lawyers and legal assistants with day-to-day tasks.

Office Policies & Procedures:

Help maintain and improve office processes, such as file opening/closing and document management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Practice Manager and Operations/Finance team to ensure smooth office operations and assist with client inquiries and retention goals.

Software Proficiency:

Learn and utilize industry-specific software, including Soluno, to support administrative and legal processes.

Errands & Special Projects:

Take on ad hoc administrative tasks, run office errands, and support special projects as needed.

Team Events:

Assist in planning and coordinating team-building activities and internal events.

Preferred Qualifications



Genuine interest in the legal field and eagerness to learn about business, real estate, and wills & estates law. Strong communication skills -- professional, friendly, and approachable. Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive under pressure. Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive attitude, adaptable, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new tools. Commitment to growth, long-term development, and working in a vibrant, collaborative team culture.
