Receptionist/ Legal Administrative Assistant

Position Overview



As the Receptionist/ Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Walker Law. You will manage front desk operations, support lawyers and staff with administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate boardroom bookings. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with document preparation, formatting, and file organization. Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are tidy and professional. Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or law firm environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a full-time,
