We are looking for an organized and highly motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to join the OMERS Enterprise Legal team!
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide assistance and support, including document and presentation preparation management and a variety of administrative tasks (scheduling, booking travel, completing expense reports, etc.) for the team.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be required to exercise co-ordination, judgment and initiative in order to effectively support multiple members of the Enterprise Legal Team.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to grow professionally, who fosters a collaborative team environment, has strong communication skills, and is willing to assist other team members as needed and when capacity allows.
