Job Summary


We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with 1+ years of experience to support lawyer in a fast-paced and professional law firm setting. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess strong administrative and legal knowledge. This position supports practice areas such as family, real estate and immigration.

Responsibilities



Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Prepare financial statements and reports. Draft, type, and format legal correspondence and documents. Review and proofread documents to ensure legal and grammatical accuracy. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including receiving payments and invoicing clients.

Qualifications



Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

1 + year in administrative role

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

Office tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Office Suite

Other tools: Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Windows, Electronic mail platforms
