Job Description

We are seeking a

professional, organized, and service-oriented Leasing Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator

to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating leasing activities, engaging with prospective tenants, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with current residents. This role is well suited to a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service, excellent organizational skills, and at least

5 years of experience in residential property management

Key Responsibilities



Deliver

superior customer service

to residents, ensuring consistent improvement in service quality. Prepare written correspondence, building notices, and documentation as directed by the Senior Property Manager. Respond to phone calls, emails, and written inquiries addressed to the management office. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling, preparations, and showing suites to prospective tenants. Administer, track, and process move-out inspection charges. Maintain

accurate administrative records

, including tenant databases, parking assignments, locker rentals, and other building-related data. Assist in monitoring tenant work orders to ensure timely responses and efficient service delivery. Provide administrative support to the Assistant Property Manager and Senior Management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Property Manager or Senior Management. Proven sales experience or background in leasing or rentals is a plus Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients and residents Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks
