Position Overview
: Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for leasing, sales and automotive finance? As a Leasing Portfolio Manager at PrairieOne Motor Group, you will play a crucial role in the launch of our newest division and developing the programs, policies and programs in coordination with the executive team. This is a hunter role.
:
Secure customers and grow the leasing (new/used/commercial) portfolio
Posting on social media to increase program + company exposure
Cold call, cold email, cold text clients regarding leasing options
Analyzing the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing these guests into another lease contract.
Contacting guests prior to lease-end to schedule a vehicle inspection of their current vehicle.
Working in conjunction with Sales staff to review any specific questions, concerns or special requests guests may have about entering a new lease contract.
Presenting lease renewal options.
Working in conjunction with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
Assisting in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, benefits etc. of new vehicle model(s) that the guest expresses interest in.
Educate finance managers + sales staff on leasing portfolio options
Develop company procedures and policies aligned with industry, federal, provincial and municipal regulations
Create promotional materials in conjunction with marketing & leadership on program options for leasing
Working in conjunction with Finance Managers to schedule successfully completed lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
On-going self-directed learning about current vehicle features in order to maintain a high standard of product knowledge about the current new model vehicle line-up.
Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Automotive sales manager, leasing manager, leasing, finance manager or extensive new car sales experience is preferred.
A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful
Experience using CRM systems or other automotive software systems would be considered an asset
