About the Role



The

primary focus

of this position is showing rental properties to prospective tenants and turning interest into signed leases. You will play a critical front-line role in our leasing process--guiding prospects, answering questions, and following up promptly to secure high-quality tenants. This is a fast-paced, field-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Leasing & Tenant Engagement



Show available rental properties to prospective tenants (this is your top priority) Follow up with prospects and actively work to close leases Respond to rental inquiries across multiple platforms in a timely and professional manner Advertise and market available units to ensure high visibility Assist with screening applications, including reference and background checks Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience for tenants Address tenant questions and concerns with professionalism and care

Administrative Support



Maintain accurate records and organize leasing documentation Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed Support the leasing team with day-to-day administrative duties

What We're Looking For



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or sales Proven ability to communicate clearly, sell effectively, and follow up with persistence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Must be

results-driven

, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities Proficient with email, scheduling tools, and basic office software; familiarity with property management software is an asset Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Flexible availability for

evenings, weekends

last-minute bookings

$45,000-$50,000 per year base salary with additional performance-based bonuses incentives
