Leasing Consultant
Our Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for Leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.
Duties included in this role include the following:
Leasing:
Respond to all leasing inquiries through email, telephone calls and walk in traffic
Conduct community tours
Manage and execute all related paperwork, reference calls, and follow up as required
Coordinate with our site teams to ensure a seamless move in experience for our residents
Coordinate with our management and site team members to complete turnover and move in suite inspections
Prepare leasing reporting as required
To be cognizant of all governing legislation including, without limitation, Residential Tenancies Act, Labour Relations Act, Fire Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act
Qualifications:
Professional and customer service-oriented approach to daily duties
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong sales and closing related skills
Computer experience with Microsoft Office
Adaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occur
Ability to work evening and Saturdays as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
