Job Description

The Leasing Clerk is responsible for providing property administrative functions for Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. The Leasing Clerk will be a part of the Administrative Team and take day-to-day directions from the Executive Director.

Permanente Position

Full Time

Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications: Interview process will include testing.

Property Management knowledge related to Tenant Information and Documentation is essential which would include excellent writing skills.

Property Management knowledge related to Tenant Information and Documentation is essential which would include excellent writing skills. The ability to work with Microsoft Office suite programs, computerized databases and knowledge of other computer spreadsheet programs essentials. Grade 12 or equivalent. Several years' office experience. Willingness to learn Rent Calculations for subsidized programs Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act/ Branch would be considered an asset. Demonstrated knowledge of how to prepare case files for RTB. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. The ability to take accurate minutes. The ability to have positive relationships with tenants, the general public, and staff in an efficient and courteous manner. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality, The ability to work with a minimum of supervision. The ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and to effectively prioritize the workload.

Salary Range: New Position -

C.U.P.E Local 4376 Collective Agreement

Salary Scale $18.21 - $21.17
