You'll be the first person renters meet when they visit the building and a big part of making the leasing experience smooth, welcoming, and professional. This is an
unlicensed, rental-focused role

What You'll Be Doing
Greeting prospective renters when they visit City Suites
Answering general questions about the building, homes, finishes, and amenities
Giving tours of the building and available suites
Helping with phone calls and emails from interested renters
Passing qualified prospects to the Leasing Partner for next steps
Keeping renter info up to date in the CRM
Keeping the leasing office tidy, organized, and stocked
