Plan A Real Estate Services Ltd. is a leading property management and leasing brokerage based in Vancouver, BC. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental buildings across the West End, Downtown, and New Westminster, including both long-term unfurnished units and high-quality furnished rentals.

We are looking for a

driven and experienced Leasing Agent

to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers results without needing to be micromanaged.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to rental inquiries across multiple platforms (e.g. Craigslist, Facebook, website, rentals.ca) Coordinate and conduct in-person showings for both furnished and unfurnished rental units Review and process rental applications, including tenant screening Prepare lease agreements and manage all associated leasing documentation Track leads and conversions through our internal systems Collaborate with property managers and maintenance team as needed Ensure high standards of professionalism and tenant experience throughout the leasing process

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience (multi-family or furnished preferred) Strong closing ability and proven leasing performance Excellent communication and follow-up skills Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Familiarity with BC tenancy laws and lease documentation Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Available to work some evenings and weekends for showings

Compensation Structure offering the Opportunity to Earn over $60,000 per year:

Hourly Base Pay:

$22-$25/hour depending on experience

Commission per Unit Leased

Bonus opportunities

for high volume leasing
