Position: Leasing Agent / Consultant

Leasing Agent / consultant: AM PM Properties Inc. is looking for a top-notch leasing agent to join our superior property management firm. We don't just manage properties; we use property management solutions to improve the lives of our tenants and landlords. We're searching for someone to join our team that wants to do more than just work; we're looking for someone who wants to be a part of the solution.

The position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of single-family homes in Calgary and surrounding areas:

Meeting with prospective owner-clients to offer our services to local investors

The following qualifications must be held by the candidate:

Must have a Property Manager's / Real Estate License or is undergoing the academic course for the same currently

Work Experience: Ideal fitment with minimum 1 year of experience but freshers with relevant education background are also welcome to apply

Primary job responsibilities:

Managing end to end leasing task for a property

Building Relationships between residents and property owners

Coordination of resident move-out's and security deposit refunds

Salary: open to negotiations
