Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to lead leasing efforts across our multifamily residential portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in leasing, direct sales, and real estate transactions. You will be the face of our properties, responsible for driving occupancy, building relationships, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into leases. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns. Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing and positioning. Provide regular reporting and insights to the C-suite team.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential leasing or real estate sales. Proven track record in direct sales and closing deals. Strong understanding of real estate transactions and lease documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools is an asset. Alberta real estate license or leasing certification preferred.
