Job Description

AEDN Realty is a private real estate investment company founded in 1950. BMHL assets include equity interests in multi-family, industrial, retail, student housing and commercial properties across Canada and the US. AEDN Realty also engages in development and management of retail, commercial and residential properties. Office Location: Montreal. Tasks:

• Create listings on apartment listing sites (take photos and write descriptions when necessary).
• Communicate with potential tenants (through phone, SMS, and email) about properties and schedule tours.
• Complete lease signing process with potential tenants.
• Tracking and following up on upcoming lease renewals and rental increases of the company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial portfolio
• Ensure all new leases, renewals, expiries, and terminations are properly documented and entered in to the accounting system
• Regularly review property rent rolls to ensure accuracy of information

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / sales
• Bilingualism is a must
• Solid understanding of lease administration process
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be organized, reliable and able to prioritize tasks.
• Having strong computer skills
• Having a car is a bonus
